When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed within 24 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). During peak periods, there may be delays. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
Orders processed by 17:00 (UTC+8) will be dispatched the same day. Orders processed after 17:00 will be dispatched on the next business day.

What are the shipping fees?
We currently ship only to the continental United States.
- Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.
- For orders under $99, there’s an $10 shipping fee.
To support environmental sustainability, we might consolidate multiple items into one package. If you need items shipped separately, just let us know by email within 8 hours of placing your order.

Who pays for additional taxes?
Any applicable taxes, duties, or other fees are your responsibility.

How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. Keep in mind that our emails might end up in your spam or junk folder. Make sure to check these folders if you don’t see our emails in your inbox.

How long will delivery take?
Packages typically arrive within 8-12 business days (Monday to Friday).

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it’s dispatched, but a 5% restocking fee will apply.
Once the package is dispatched, cancellations will be handled according to our return policy.

Can I change my delivery address?
- Address changes can be made before the package is dispatched. Please address that this might delay shipping.
- We can't change the delivery address once the package is in transit.
- If the package is delivered, we can help you contact the carrier for re-delivery, but you’ll need to cover any additional costs. We’re not responsible for issues with the package during transit. Alternatively, you can choose to return the package; check our return policy for details.

Do You Ship Internationally?
- Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and do not offer international shipping. If our shipping options expand, we will update this information on our website.
